In order to qualify for this company perk/benefit you must be employed for at least 1 year as a FULL TIME (40 hours) employee and you must be in good standing for at least 90 days (minimal infractions). In order for your cell phone to be paid for by the company, you MUST NOT have a balance on your phone. Your account balance must also be $0. You will need to call your cell phone company to authorize your cell phone numbers to be transferred to a new carrier, you can do that by dialing 611 from your phone. You will also need to get the transfer pin number.
