With Thanksgiving and Christmas right around the corner, it’s a good idea to remind yourself about staying safe in parking lots and parking garages during the busiest shopping time of the year.
Parking lots and parking garages in general can present a real danger and risk of violence and during the holidays it can get even worse. Make sure you and the people shopping with you STAY ALERT !! 

Here are some tips to help you out.

1.) Do not text or talk on the phone while looking for a space to park.

2.) Start shopping earlier in the season. 

3.) Consider taking time off from work to shop.

4.)Find more walk able shopping areas.

5.) Don’t argue over a parking space.

6.) Make sure to park in a well lit section of the lot.
